The Higher Education Quality Council of Ontario’s board of directors brings a rich diversity of perspectives to the Council. Board members draw upon their distinguished backgrounds in business, academia and government to guide and support the success of Council initiatives.
The board of directors is responsible for setting the overall strategic direction of the Council and ensuring that Council activities remain firmly aligned with its mandate. To meet these responsibilities, the board works closely with management to develop and approve the organization’s annual business plan and budget.
Board members are appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council pursuant to the Higher Education Quality Council of Ontario Act, 2005.

Feedback will be reviewed by the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and the Manager of Communications to determine the appropriate department to address the concern/request.
Customers can expect to hear back within five business days.
