Diana Macri joined HEQCO as chief administrative officer on December 1, 2009.

For over a decade she held director- level positions in the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing. Most recently, she was Director of Operations for the Landlord and Tenant Board, during which time the agency won 13 awards for leadership, customer service, and innovation. At the same time, she served as Director of the Investigation and Enforcement Unit with MMAH.

She has also held senior-level positions with the Management Board Secretariat, the Ontario Municipal Board, and the Ministry of Government Services.

A graduate of the University of Waterloo (BA, Geography and Planning), Diana has also completed the Public Executive Program at Queen’s University’s School of Business. She also studied Italian at the Italian Cultural Institute, Toronto (University of Parma) and Spanish at the University of Toronto.
